Top-Notch exotic angling experience If you want an insane angling experience looking for a truly exotic freshwater fish, these guys have you covered. I took my first trip here in Late May of 2024 and my mind was blown with these incredible barramundi, so I knew Everytime I'm within an hour I will be booking a trip.My second trip was early June 2025 and this is the review for that trip.Booked a 3 hour session and pulled up at the ponds. Billy was my guide. He was assisting a small family group with rigging tackle. Once he squared these guys up we Introduced ourselves and talked about the fishing. He let me know the top water bite was on. I grabbed my own rod with a frog and proceeded to promptly stick an 8 pounder. We did a little more fishing and proceeded to blast these fish for the rest of the session with my best being around 12 pounds!Billy was an extremely knowledgeable guide and he made sure everyone there had an excellent time sticking these fish.They do supply all the tackle and gear if it is needed, fyi.Thank you guys for the great experience once again, and I look forward to getting out there again next year!

Great place to catch sum great fish. This fish fights like no other fish ive caught before, We caught so many fish today we lost count 😂. Really great people, they will help you get on some big fish and teach you some tips aswell. Big bass and peacock bass aswell. Me and my buddies will be coming back in the summer to get back on sum big Barra’s and hopefully sum peacock bass and clown knife fish!

This farm is an incredibly special place hidden away in Central Florida. The site is beautiful and Billy was an incredible guide to the ponds and extremely knowledgeable on the barramundi that they keep here. I could not have asked for a better day of getting to observe these fish and experience just how special they are to fight on a rod and reel. I'm still glowing from the 6 absolute slabs I was able to land. And boy, do they have some tanks on site...Billy, you're the man! I'll make sure to bring a case of Bud Lite next time we come around 🍻🐟

AWESOME time! My husband and I booked for a 3 hr fishing trip for barramundi on fly rod. Our trip was amazing and non stop action! We caught countless barramundi and learned some great tips from Mike! Mike and Christina were great guides and we look forward to coming back again!

Booked a three hour barramundi trip with my girlfriend and we had a fantastic time! Mike was our guide and was very insightful and knowledgeable on the fishing and techniques to catch more fish. Great Time I had some people from out of state come down and wanted to see a different fishing adventure. Mike and Christina met us and quickly put us on the Barramundi. They were both very helpful and informative with my guests. This is the best 3 hours of hard puling fu n you can have !

The ultimate exotic fishing experience. Booked a 7a.m. to 10a.m. trip with Osceola Outback Adventures. My guide was Mike, and he was a phenomenal guide. I'm an experienced angler and Mike explained what I needed to know to succeed with catching barramundi. We started out fishing the two main ponds but the bite was initially slow so we moved to a third pond where there were literally thousands of barramundi everywhere. We put the bear down on a bunch in the third pond and decided to move back to one of the main ponds. Upon arriving back at these ponds Mike instructed me where to cast and I was smashed by a monster barramundi. After we caught the large barramundi I asked to snag a peacock bass. We located one and again under Mike's instruction I was able to knock another fish species off my bucket list. It wasn't a giant but it was indeed a cool experience sight fishing for peacock bass. To close the day I was able to land a nice largemouth and end my trip. I just want to say as a guide, Mike was very personable and we laughed just as much as we caught fish and I enjoyed the conversation just as much as the fishing. Things to know: Barramundi are pound for pound one of the hardest fighting fish. They would drag all your common gamefish species with ease! Be ready I learned how sharp barramundi gill plates can be seconds after Mike warned me. So be aware. I will be back and I will be requesting Mike as my guide, thank you for the amazing experience!

Cool fishing experience! Very cool experience with my son! Chance to catch a fish that you can't catch anywhere else in the US. Lost track on how many we caught, but once they got warmed up they hit our topwater lures pretty much every cast. These fish fight hard and jump, lot of fun! Our guide Mike was really good too! Also tried the Air boat fishing with Brad. Bass fishing was kind of slow, bust still a really cool experience.

Awesome fishing experience Had 2 days out fishing on the air boat bass fishing and then fishing the barramundi pit and had the best 2 days I could have wished for, these guys were really friendly and helpful and we caught loads of fish on both days, I would recommend to give this ago if on vacation in florida you will not be disappointed, overall an awesome experience and will be going when here next time

Crazy time! Barramundi fishing is just plain nuts. Their hit is so hard and their runs are unreal. Like a snook on adrenaline. The crew takes care of you from start to finish. If you have never fished for barramundi you have to go. P.S., hang on to the pole.....

Trip of a lifetime Osceola Outback came highly recommended from fishing industry professionals. We were in Florida on work from California. When we learned of an opportunity to fish for Barramundi we knew we had to do it. My husband and I had the absolute best time with our guide! He made sure to have a bottomless supply of baits because those fish were so aggressive. No joke my husband landed between 80-100 fish, I landed 45–50 fish. That’s not including ones that we lost at the water line or mid fight. We had an absolute blast! We will be coming back next year and we will be bringing all three of our kids. Good to note, slather yourself in sunscreen ahead of time, definitely wear a hat, but other than that you can wear whatever you want. They have a bottomless supply of icy, cold water to enjoy. All the rental gear is provided. There are three ponds to fish from. Truly a trip of a lifetime. Thank you so much!

A Rare fish and a great time. What a great opportunity to catch a fish that you don't have to fly to the other side of the planet to see. Excellent and a must try for fisherman!!! Me and my son went a few days after the cold snap around Christmas. Big boys weren’t biting but that didn’t mean we didn’t catch our full of fish. AMAZING EXPERICNCE AND FISHING GUIDE Spent 3 informative hours fishing with a guide named Mike and caught probably around 50 fish from 3-9 pounds. Probably lost that many too as they jump off a lot! 🙂 I fished the afternoon slot and there were plenty of fish to play with. Started off with the the lake full of larger fish and caught 6 or so nice ones from 5-9 pounds. It slowed so we went to a different lake and it was non-stop action with the 2-5 pounders. EVERY cast was blasted. I also was able to catch 3 peacock bass the last 45 minutes of my time slot. To be honest I was tired form the barramundi and was glad my 3 hours was up. Mike too great of me the whole time, and releasing the fish. Learned a lot fishing with him and looking forward to applying that knowledge in my snook and tarpon fishing in the future. The facility was clean and well maintained too. HIGHLY recommend the fishing here. Worth every penny I spent!

Barramundi, Large-Mouth Bass and Peacock Bass Oh My!!! Great fishing trip. Travelled down from Tallahassee but it was worth the trip. Mike was an excellent guide so we were able to complete the Inshore Slam. The Barramundi are monsters and a heck of a lot of fun to catch. A definite do it again trip!!! My son is 19 and he was grinning ear to ear all day and even all the way home for a 4 hour drive!!!

13th birthday celebration We decided to do this per my daughter’s request for her 13th birthday. This experience was a slam dunk. We went bass fishing on an airboat and then finished with barramundi fishing back at the HQ. All the people involved with this operation are top notch and provide for a great all around experience. Cannot recommend this enough and we will surely be back!!

First time for a new experience. It all begins with a warm welcoming warning sign. Followed by a long driveway that leads to a beautiful property. The fishing was tough. Could be due to colder weather or it could just be the fish. Mike the guide was excellent and fun to be around. I briefly met the owner and the whole group seems like lots of fun. The place has all the things I like. Outdoors, metal gongs, fish, sometimes there are even women. They have different size fish and some can get quite large. Its a fish that fights hard and you may never catch anywhere else again. Id like to try some of their other adventures. The whole experience and how I was treated made the day memorable.

Loads of Fun with great people I found this adventure watching the outdoor channel with Bill Dance. I immediately jotted it down on my outfitter list which I use to select adventures wherever I travel. About a month later my wife mentioned that she was going to Orlando on a business trip, so I checked my outfitter list and booked a trip and had a blast. My guide was Mike and his wife, who by the way out fished us all. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. Only regret is my wife could not attend, but I guarantee I'll have my whole family there sometime 2022. Highly recommend it.

For what you get this is a real bargain, the way I look at it, my wife and I got 6 hours of fishing instructions from a real Pro! And, and caught many, many fish to boot.

I always fish with my personal bait caster rig…..
My wife of 43 years has not once listened to a word I have said. In 20 minutes Mike had her throwing my bait caster better than I do. I had to use a fixed spool spinning outfit for the rest of the trip.

Great day of Fly Fishing Great time learning a new type of fly fishing for catching big Barramundi. I took my 10 weight fly rod (but in retrospect, an 8 wt would have been better) and had a ball. I hooked and landed 35 barramundis and had several barramundis that caused my fly reel to scream and rip fly line some 30 feet into my backing. WooooHaaa!

My boys had an incredible day. Such a fun experience! We will be back! thank you!!!

Excellent adventure You will catch more and bigger hard fighting fish in 3 hrs than most catch in a year. 5 stars!!!!!!! If you bring your own gear be sure its heavy duty. Doesnt matter what your experience level is you will catch fish and lots of them.. thanks to Mike, Christina, Kimberly and Byron for the great experience.

Barramundi are aggressive, competitive fish that breach the water like Tarpon, fight like mad bulls and, oh yeah, are from Australia! It’s quite literally the only place here in the USA you can fish for them.
